Diplômé d'Académie des Beaux-Arts de Varsovie, la peintre polonais Aleksandra Waliszewska vit et travaille à Varsovie et a tenu plus de 20 expositions individuelles depuis lors. Une admiratrice de peintures anciennes, elle aime l'art pré-moderne et est particulièrement inspirée par Enguerrand Quarton, Jan Ziarnko et Hans Memling.
